Manchester City star Leroy Sane has found the perfect medicine for his World Cup heartbreak as he holidays with his girlfriend in California.
The 22-year-old was surprisingly left out of Joachim Low's final 23-man Germany squad for the Russia 2018 World Cup despite an incredibly successful season in the Premier League.
Sane won the league title with Pep Guardiola's City as well as claiming the PFA Young Player of the Year.
However, he was surprised to find out he was not going to be in Russia, and so has looked to get away from the action by taking in a holiday to the United States with his girlfriend, Candice Brook.
The former Schalke 04 star appeared in heart-felt stream of videos that paid tribute to him as they were seen embracing and kissing each other as well as an image that showed Brook - a model - dressed in beach under wear.

As the Germans begin their campaign against Mexico in the tournament on Sunday, there will be some bitterness and he could be envious of those who were preferred to him by head coach Low.
And while he will no doubt be enjoying his well-earned break from football after a long and hectic season, he would much prefer to be helping the world champions defend their title
