Chelsea To Replace Hazard With Ajax Sensation

Chelsea is reportedly interested in 22-year-old Ajax Amsterdam winger David Neres, who has been banging in the goals in both the Eredivisie and Europe, his latest is the sensational strike against Juventus in the Champions League that earned his side a first-leg draw.
Though he also scored in the previous round against Real Madrid, his goal against the Serie A giant just the other day is indeed the sort of individual effort to get all of Europe's attention.
Unsurprisingly, a number of teams, all from England, are interested in the €40m-rated man, including Arsenal, Everton, Manchester United, and Chelsea. That’s according to the Telegraph who adds that both Arsenal and Everton have had initial contacts but Chelsea are still just in the monitoring phase, as they so often are.
Chelsea's interest is reliant on a number of factions which includes Eden Hazard's possible exit, Hudson-Odoi, Pedro and Willian all entering the last year of their contracts and the transfer ban that will prevent any new signings if the Blues' appeal is unsuccessful.
soWhile the latest update from the appeal process paints a positive picture, it’s far from guaranteed that Chelsea will be able to delay the ban until winter.
David Neres primarily plays on the right but is quite capable on the left as well (as evidenced by the aforementioned goal, if nothing else). While no one can possibly replace Hazard at the moment, a combination of Christian Pulisic, Callum Hudson-Odoi, and perhaps someone like David Neres could do the trick for now — and they would only get better from there with age and experience.
