Buhari Honours MKO Abiola - Renames Abuja Stadium After The "Icon"

Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari Wednesday forenamed Abuja National Stadium after the late Chief MKO Abiola.

"Today, I propose the renaming of the Abuja National Stadium," Buhari said this during his Democracy Day discourse at the Eagle's Square, Abuja.

"From this time forward it will be known as the Moshood Abiola National Stadium."
