Harry Kane heads England to 2-1 victory over Tunisia in a pulsating encounter

Tottenham Horspur striker Harry Kane's late minute header was all that England needed to secure their first victory in their Group G opener against Tunisia.

The 24-year-old opened scoring for the Three Lions in the 11th minute through a simple tap in after John Stones header was saved by Mouez Hassen a moment before.

Gareth Southgates' men showed flashes of brilliance in the first two minutes of the game as Dele Alli made a quick pass into Tunisia's danger area but it's intercepted by an opponent player.
